Prior to Right at Home, David McKone spent the first half of his career in the Information Technology sector, with a primary focus on customer service. For the last 10 years he ran a Dublin-based business where he was responsible for managing the IT for large infrastructure projects that totaled a half a billion Euro. In November of 2011, he decided to make a career change and sold his business to another Irish company. After looking at several different models in the US and the UK, Right at Home stood out to him. In September of 2012, he joined the Right at Home team as a master franchisee opened his office in March, 2013.

Since establishing his pilot office in 2013, David and the Right at Home Ireland team have succeeded in building a strong, quality, responsive home care brand in Ireland. It is with this successful, proven model that Right at Home Ireland will begin expanding service locations across the country in 2014.
